Last night @ChrisSikora and I booked our trip to Los Angeles.
We’re going with @CourtATaylor. Courtney and I have both lived (and worked) in LA. Courtney lived there summer 2009, and I lived there summer 2010. It was amazing and I can’t wait to be back!
This will be Chris’s first time going so I am excited to show him around. We’ll have a car when we’re out there so we can get a lot done!
But it won’t be all fun. Just mostly fun. Courtney and I have sent out a few resumes and hope that someone will meet with us for an interview. Fingers crossed.
Is it reading week yet? I am ready to head out to sunny California! Until then, I have 8AM class tomorrow so I guess I will be headed to bed!
And, my dad is going into surgery early morning tomorrow so please send positive thoughts and prayers his way!

Happy Fourth of July to all my American friends!
Last year I celebrated my first Fourth of July in California. The girls and I went to Santa Monica beach…
Cassandra, Me, LaCreshia & Nicole
had some margaritas the size of our heads at Cabo Cantina…
and frolicked in the sand afterwards…

I really enjoyed myself. It was a great Fourth of July even though there were no fireworks. I hope everyone is having an equally amazing day today! Enjoy yourselves!

On this day last year I went to LA and started the best summer of my life. I had a killer internship, met the most amazing people and spent eight weeks in one of the sunniest and most happening cities. The lessons I learned both at work and in life are priceless and I would not trade in my experiences for anything.
It’s been a day of reminiscing with the girls via Facebook and Twitter. We’re spread out between the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom but I’m certain we’ll have a reunion some day!
LaCreshia, Me, Nicole and Cassandra (oh, and Brian in the back) at Saddle Ranch on Sunset. Miss you, ladies!
